With Empowered Eating, you get the best of both worlds – a supportive community in a private Facebook group, and a self-study, self-paced course that allows you to learn when it’s convenient for YOU!
Each day for 21 days, you will be emailed course content in the form of video tutorials, PDFs, and audio inspiration. Imagine staying up late with a dear friend to talk about why you’re passionate about the local foods movement, and at the same time, having a few guides to show you how to make it happen in your own home! That’s Empowered Eating.
Our private Facebook group and seasonal live chats will allow us to connect informally and offer support to one another. Our group Pinterest Board is a place to gather and share seasonal recipes for local eating inspiration!
